Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Moroccan Centre Tours. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any trips, tours, or services with us. By booking a tour with Moroccan Centre Tours, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received a completed booking request and a deposit. Upon receipt, we will issue a formal confirmation email.

  • Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit of [e.g., 20% – 30%] of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in advance via Credit Card ( Secured by STRIPE), wire transfer/PayPal or in cash (Euros, USD, GBP, or Moroccan Dirhams) upon your arrival in Morocco, prior to the start of the tour.

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in [e.g., Euros/USD]. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once your booking is confirmed, the price of your tour is guaranteed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our standard cancellation fees apply based on the date we receive your written notification:

  • More than 30 days prior to departure: The deposit will be refunded, minus any non-refundable transaction fees or administrative costs.

  • 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.

  • 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.

  • Less than 7 days, or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Note: In the rare event that Moroccan Centre Tours is forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather conditions), we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
