1. Before Reservation Confirmation Before the final validation of the order, the Client may freely modify, add, or delete any products from their « Cart » without penalty.
2. After Reservation Confirmation Once a booking is confirmed, modification and cancellation conditions apply based on the type of product (Standard vs. Special) and the time remaining before the service date.
For most standard private services, the following flexibility applies:
Modification of Date: Free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled service.
Modification of Participants: You may change the number of participants free of charge up to 7 days before the service.
Note: A change in the number of participants may result in a price adjustment (supplement or partial refund) based on the applicable rates for the new group size.
Cancellation: Free cancellation and full refund are available up to 7 days before the scheduled service date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service are 100% non-refundable.
Products marked as « Shared Tour » (collective groups) or « Next Departure » (fixed dates) have stricter conditions due to logistics involving other participants.
Modification of Date:
Allowed only once.
Must be requested at least 21 days before the initial scheduled date.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a Special Product, fees apply according to the following schedule:
22 days or more before service: Free Cancellation (0% fee).
21 to 16 days before service: 30% cancellation fee.
15 to 8 days before service: 60% cancellation fee.
7 days or less before service: 100% cancellation fee (No Refund).
In the event of a cancellation due to a case of Force Majeure officially recognized by the Moroccan state (e.g., severe weather, political events, pandemic restrictions), an immediate full refund of the reservation will be made regardless of the cancellation deadline.
Valid cancellations respecting the deadlines above will be subject to an immediate refund.
Banking Fees: Please note that for certain international bank accounts or countries, a transaction fee may be deducted by the banking system during the refund process.
To modify or cancel a reservation, you must:
Log in to your Client Account on the MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS platform.
Navigate to the « Orders » section.
Select the product in question and apply the modification or cancellation directly.
