Special Conditions

  • Meeting Points & GPS Locations: Meeting points vary by service and are clearly indicated on your Reservation Voucher. They are also listed on the MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS platform with precise GPS coordinates. These locations are generally well-known landmarks. Clients may contact our support team for assistance in locating them. Note: It is the Client’s responsibility to arrive at the correct location. Failure to show up at the meeting place indicated on the Voucher will be considered a « No-Show, » and no refund will be issued.

  • Punctuality for Shared Services: For collective services (marked as « Shared Tour » or « Next Departure »), strict punctuality is required to respect the schedule of other participants. A maximum waiting period of 5 minutes is allowed. Any delay exceeding 5 minutes will result in the departure of the group without the Client. This will be treated as a « No-Show » and is non-refundable.

  • Sporting Activities & Risk Acknowledgement: Certain activities (e.g., 4×4, Quad Biking, Buggy, Zipline, Camel Riding, Wakeboarding) carry inherent physical risks. By booking these activities, the Client confirms they possess the necessary physical fitness to participate. The Client acknowledges full awareness of these risks and agrees to strictly comply with all safety standards and instructions provided by MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS staff or service providers.

  • Program Modifications: If MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS is compelled to alter the itinerary, reverse the program order, or modify services due to Force Majeure or supplier failure (e.g., weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, strikes), we commit to making every effort to maintain the scheduled program or provide equivalent alternatives. Compensation: The Client may not claim compensation beyond the refund of services that could not be replaced, or the reimbursement of the price difference if the alternative service provided is of a lower cost than the original.

  • Definition of Force Majeure: Force Majeure refers to any event external to the parties, unpredictable and irresistible, which prevents the Client, the participants, MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS, or its service providers from fulfilling all or part of their obligations.

  • Limits of Responsibility: MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS undertakes to use all available means to ensure the smooth running of services. However, the company cannot be held liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to: civil or religious holidays, official cultural events, strikes, severe weather, political unrest, war, or incidents caused by third parties or the Client themselves.

  • Costs Related to Force Majeure: Each party shall bear the costs incumbent upon them resulting from a case of Force Majeure. Consequently, the Client is solely responsible for any additional costs incurred to effect a modification of the date or repatriation, should such circumstances arise.
