1. Submission of Complaints Any claim or complaint regarding a service must be submitted to our Head Office within a strict deadline of eight (8) days following the completion of the service.
Procedure: Complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Deadline: Claims received after this eight-day period will not be taken into consideration.
2. Resolution & Refunds
Professional Misconduct: In the event of proven professional misconduct by MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS or its staff, we commit to reimbursing the full amount paid directly to the Client’s bank account.
Minor Delays: Delays are not automatically considered serious misconduct. They will not be taken into consideration for refunds if they do not significantly alter the general course or content of the booked service.
3. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to Moroccan Law.
Competent Courts: For any dispute or litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Courts of Marrakech, the city where the head office of MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS is located.
