1. Payment Methods Payment occurs when the reservation is finalized. MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS offers three secure payment solutions:
Credit/Debit Card via Stripe: Our primary secure gateway.
PayPal: For users with an existing account.
Bank Transfer: Available upon request.
Note: No additional processing fees are applied to these three solutions.
2. Flexible Payment (Deposit Option) We offer a flexible payment structure to secure your booking:
Deposit: You may opt to pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking (via Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid on-site before the day of the first service or on the same day of its realization.
3. Accepted Cards & Digital Wallets (Stripe) Through the Stripe solution, we accept a wide range of international payment methods, including:
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Currency & Bank Statements
Billing Descriptor: Payments will appear on your bank or card statement under the name of our parent company: Moroccan Centre LLC.
Exchange Rates: While Stripe handles multi-currency transactions efficiently, if your bank card is issued in a currency different from the one selected for the transaction (EUR, USD, or MAD), your bank may apply a daily exchange rate or a small international transaction fee. MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS is not responsible for these bank-specific differences.
5. Non-Payment of Balance If the Client opts for the 30% deposit, the entire remainder of the invoice must be settled before the start of the reserved service.
In case of non-payment of the balance by the time the first service is scheduled to begin, the entire order will be considered canceled, and no refund of the deposit will be made.
6. Confirmation & Security
Confirmation: Upon validation of payment, the Client immediately receives an email confirming the reservation, listing the booked services and the total invoice amount.
Security: MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS utilizes payment systems that are 100% secured by SSL protocol and compliant with international banking standards (PCI-DSS). We disclaim any liability that may arise from a data transmission fault on the user’s end.
7. Fraud Protection & Verification
Identity Verification: In the case of a suspicious reservation or credit card transaction, MOROCCAN CENTRE TOURS reserves the right to request identity documents from the Client to confirm the legitimacy of the booking before validating it.
Fraudulent Use: In the event of proven fraudulent use of a bank card (remote hacking without physical use), the Client may demand the cancellation of the payment. The responsibility of the cardholder is not engaged if the disputed payment is proven to be fraudulent. To obtain reimbursement, the cardholder must contest the debit in writing with their bank. Bank charges or procedures regarding this contestation are subject to the terms of the Client’s bank.
